The technique of brain integration involves light touch, occasional body movements, memory recall and other cognitive processing.
When our brain is wired optimally, everyday tasks are easier and more fluid. Brain integration begins with opening the pathways in the brain. I then connect these pathways for the efficient functioning of aspects of everyday tasks like math, reading, memory.
I utilize Crossinology, Focus and Beyond, Integrated Acupressure as well as Milne Institute brain integration in my practice. All of these brain integration techniques are light touch.
